Accommodation Partner Policy

Registration and approval

Hotels, lodges, and other accommodation providers may apply and electronically sign an agreement. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication. Applicants must have authority to represent the property and provide accurate licensing, availability, and rate information.

Pricing model

There is no registration or subscription charge. Aurum adds an agreed service margin to provider net rates. The default margin is 10%, subject to the signed property agreement. Providers receive their agreed net amount for eligible fulfilled bookings.

Settlement and cancellations

The default remittance period is within seven days after completion of the eligible stay and receipt of cleared funds, unless the signed agreement sets another trigger or period. Refunds, disputes, and adjustments are handled under the agreed terms. Keep rates and availability current and promptly report changes.

Records and contact
