Payment processing is handled by PesaPal; payment status and transaction references may be stored in our booking records.

With analytics consent, our self-hosted system records raw public IP addresses, page visits, session identifiers, referral and campaign information, device information, and interactions with tours and bookings. Necessary security and submission records may be processed independently of analytics consent.

Use and sharing

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange services, manage partner applications, verify payments, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Relevant information may be shared with accommodation and travel providers, payment processors, hosting and email providers, and authorities where required. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information under their own policies. Hosting or service providers may process information outside Rwanda.

Retention and security

We retain booking, partner, and correspondence records while needed for the service, accounting, disputes, and applicable obligations. Access controls and private storage help protect information; no system guarantees absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing, subject to applicable requirements. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may verify your identity before acting. You may raise concerns with Rwanda’s Data Protection & Privacy Office at dpo.gov.rw. We do not use analytics to make decisions with legal effects about you.
