Prices and payment

Confirm the total, currency, inclusions, exclusions, deposit, and remaining balance before paying. Provider net rates may include an added Aurum service margin in the customer total. Applicable taxes, permits, and additional costs must be identified in your quote or confirmation. Payment confirmation depends on server verification.

Traveler responsibilities

Provide accurate details, review your confirmation, and ensure passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, and travel permissions are suitable. Visa assistance does not guarantee approval. Follow provider instructions and disclose relevant accessibility or service needs.

Changes and service providers
